GAS-DRIVEN PUMPS

Zanoni gas-driven pumps are the most widely used agrochemical transfer equipment in the Brazilian agricultural spraying industry. Recommended for use on mobile bases (when it is necessary to move it from one location to another), this type of pump is used and approved by operators of agricultural aircraft and self-propelled sprayers throughout Brazil, due to its superior durability compared to other centrifugal pumps available on the market. Among Zanoni's main differentials, the following stand out:

  • Use of stainless steel, the material most resistant to corrosion, abrasion and physical impacts.
  • High-performance impeller, offering high flow rates that reduce loading time.
  • Bearing housing, which covers the motor shaft and guarantees a longer service life.
  • Micro-cast structure, with reduced number of welds and weak points.
  • Application of quality control from the aeronautical industry in the manufacturing process of pumps for general use.

Zanoni Equipamentos offers different models of combustion pumps, with different categories for each type of application. Zanoni combustion pumps can have the following variations:

  1. Pump size: 2” or 3” pumps.
  2. Type of motors: different brands, powers and fuels.
  3. Impeller size: pumps with lower flow for lower torque motors and pumps with higher flow for higher torque motors.
  4. Shaft: different forms of connection to the motor, according to the characteristics of each brand.
  5. Types of connections: variations in the pump inlet and outlet according to the customer’s needs.

Note: Zanoni also supplies only the pump, without the gas motor, if the customer wishes to install it in equipment that they already have. In this case, we suggest that the motor specifications (brand and model code) and photos of the shaft be sent (since, often, the same model from the same manufacturer has different variations in the pump connection to the motor).
