Over the course of two weeks, we visited operators in the American Midwest, some of them long-time partners and also new contacts.
The journey began at Lutes, one of our first customers in the US. Ralph and his wife are personal friends of Bill and Nancy (Turbine founders) and operate Air Tractor and Ag-Cat in Indiana. Next, we visited Aerinova, a family-owned company in Illinois that has also become a repeat customer. In addition to Dominique, who was president of NAAA, other members of the Youakim family are pilots and work together.
While still in Illinois, we visited Holzwarth, one of the largest companies in the region. Chuck welcomed us with great hospitality and showed us his advanced loading and monitoring system for the entire operation. The Mid-States region is served by Farm Air, an Air Tractor dealership that is also an operator and is now led by Joe. Although we had met at other conventions, we had the opportunity to visit their facilities and intensified our contacts. Also in Illinois, we visited Garret Lindell, who made his first purchase of Zanoni products, and Cody, who is responsible for aircraft maintenance at Woodley, one of the largest operators in North America.
In Iowa, we visited Agri-Tech with brothers Weston and Jerad, who also made their first purchase of Zanoni equipment. In Minnesota, we stopped by ASI Jet, an agricultural aircraft dealership and repair shop that serves the entire Midwest, where we learned a little about local aircraft maintenance.
Next, we visited our friend Troy Reabe, who is also a technology manufacturer and one of our partners in developing new products. On the way back, we ended the trip at Hendrickson, another Zanoni customer. There, we met with our friend Eric and his team, who will also help us develop some specific products for the American market. We returned to Brazil as we have on all our other trips: proud of the positive feedback from our customers, confident in the expansion of our business, and excited about new ideas and technologies.
