This year, Zanoni launched an internal improvement project aimed at developing human relationships among our employees.
The first group completed Module I in July and has now begun the second phase, which includes weekly meetings and the implementation of practical actions. This initiative aims not only to strengthen the work environment, but also to improve relationships between colleagues.
