After more than a year of testing (with one cotton crop season and one soybean crop season) on an AT802, the equipment was approved by one of the most experienced agricultural pilots in Brazil and one of the largest grain producers on the planet, whom we thank for their trust and for helping us develop this equipment.
Agricultural aircraft like the AT602 and AT802, which fly at 160 mph, present a great challenge for low-volume jobs. Special care is needed with the technologies used to ensure efficiency and safety, as the aircraft's own speed takes care of "breaking the droplet" and can generate a spectrum that is very susceptible to drift.
After approval of the prototype, we equipped some new aircraft of these models that serve the grain indsutry in Brazil (soybean, cotton and corn) and the feedback so far has been very positive.
Droplet spectrum collected in aerial application with AT602 at 10 L/ha with Zanoni M6 atomizer
Our new equipment managed to offer an excellent droplet spectrum for insecticides and fungicides, helping to ensure an environmentally responsible aerial application with maximized effectiveness. We have been constantly working to seek a technology that allows the use of low volumes in high-speed aircraft and manages to enhance profitability with perfection.
