Zanoni manufactures and supplies stainless steel flowmeter valves for Agnav, offering robust and user-friendly equipment. The Ag-Flow system for aerial applications is designed to ensure an even distribution of the spray liquid, automatically adjusting the flow rate. The equipment stands out for its ease of calibration, maintenance and operation, having versions for all types of agricultural aircraft and offering the pilot a quick adjustment of the flow rate.

In addition to the flowmeter valves, Zanoni Equipamentos also supplies the 3-way valves for Agnav's electrical spray control system. It allows you to open or close the valve (directing the flow to the booms or back to the hopper) quickly and accurately. When linked to Ag-Flow, it becomes the most advanced fully automatic spray control system on the global market and can be defined by DGPS Agnav Platinum, Silver and Gold systems.

Beyond the projects carried out directly with Agnav, Zanoni Equipamentos has been working in direct contact with the Canadian company's Brazilian dealer (DGPS & CIA), offering some solutions for everyday problems related to the equipment. In addition to the strainer created to protect the flowmeter and to give it greater precision (which is placed between the pump and the spray valve), we have also developed a double-acting spray valve, which has an electric drive, but also contains a manual override for emergencies. The equipment allows that, when there is a problem with the electric engine, the pilot can continue spraying manually, without the need to dump the load. The two companies continue working with new projects, with a mission to offer the best technologies in aerial application.
